Use of Artificial Intelligence (ResQAI)

ResQBank utilizes leading foundation Large Language Models (LLMs) to power the "ResQAI" system. These models assist in evaluating clinical accuracy, generating distractors, and checking logic.

Data Shared with AI Providers:

• When you use ResQAI features, the text of your vignettes, questions, and explanations is transmitted to leading AI platforms for processing.
• We currently utilize models provided by OpenAI and Anthropic (subject to change as technology evolves).
• Data processed by these providers is subject to their respective Terms of Service and Privacy Policies. We do not control how these third-party providers internally process data for their own model training, though we opt out of data training whenever the provider's API settings permit.

Internal Use & Education Improvement

ResQBank itself uses the question data and usage metrics collected for the sole purpose of:

• Improving the functionality and accuracy of the ResQBank platform.
• Analyzing aggregate trends to enhance the broader field of medical education.
• Providing your specific program with insights into curriculum strengths and gaps.

No Sale of Data

We do not sell any data.

Your program information, any and all personal information, and the content created (questions, vignettes, explanations) are never sold to advertisers, data brokers, or third parties.

The only external sharing of question data occurs with:

• The AI utility providers mentioned above (strictly for functional processing).
• Authorized members of your specific residency or fellowship program (as part of the intended peer review and educational workflow).
• The ResQBank team (for operational and support purposes).
